Ordering Information: All orders must be faxed, mailed, or e-mailed (sales@Diamondimprints.com). Orders are not considered for production unless they are complete. A complete order must contain the following information:
- Distributor name, mailing address
- Telephone & fax numbers
- Purchase order number
- Ship to address
- Ship method
- Ship date/Event date
- Product name
- Product color
- Product quantity
- Imprint color
- Useable art files
- Copy of imprint on the purchase order
IF ANY OF THE ABOVE INFORMATION IS MISSING, YOUR ORDER CANNOT BE PROCESSED.
Changes/Cancellations: All orders are considered firm. Any change, other than quantity, to order once in production will be billed for any work done, plus any additional work required by the change. Changes in quantity (within reason) can be made prior to the start of production. If a change in quantity occurs after the completion of any portion of production, the change will be treated as a separate order and billed accordingly. Any change made after the start of production will delay shipping. Changes in ship method or ship to MUST be made before scheduled ship date. If a cancellation is necessary, all costs associated with work performed to date of cancellation will be invoiced. Cancellations must be in writing and acknowledged by Diamond Imprints, Inc.
Confirming Orders: All confirming orders must be clearly marked as such. Our factory will not be responsible for duplication of orders if “Confirmation” was not clearly marked on order.
Production Time: Production starts when the Proof is approved. Production time is usually around two weeks, depending on quantity. However, from the beginning of July to the end of October and beginning of December to end of January production time could be longer. Call for production schedule. Some products have longer lead times.
Overruns/Underruns: We do not overrun or underrun
Catalog Pricing: Due to currency and raw material price fluctuations, prices, terms and items are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for incorrect pricing, production times and/or descriptions found on 3rd party databases, websites, flyers or catalogs (i.e. ESP, SAGE, Distributor Central, etc.). Prices in our latest pricelist supersede all previous publications.

Less Than Minimum Charge: $50.00(z) Must order at least one half of the published minimum. Not available on all products.

Samples: Product sample requests generally ship within 48 hours of receipt. Sample requests ship at customer expense. Samples of product that sell for $10.00 (R) or more will be charged the EQP price of the Please provide your credit card number when placing these “chargeable” sample orders.
Pre-production Proof: We provide one free virtual proof with one revision at no charge, Additional revisions are charged at $30 per hour. NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY ERRORS AFTER APPROVAL.
Terms: New accounts must fill in our new customer form (Download here) and submit a valid Resale Certificate and are on pre-pay, credit card basis. Credit accounts are Net 15 days. Aging begins date of invoice. Past due invoices are subject to a 1.5% finance charge per month or maximum allowed by law. All accounts not kept current will be returned to pre-pay or credit card terms. Production of merchandise will not begin until prepayment is received and/or account is current. In some instances production will not begin until prepayment has cleared. We accept VISA and MasterCard. Customers outside the U.S. must send certified funds in U.S. dollars for merchandise and freight with order unless prior arrangements have been made. . NSF checks will receive a handling charge of $50.00.All credit card payments made after the due date will be subject to a 3% charge.
Collections: Accounts requiring collections will be liable for all collection costs, including all fees, costs and expenses incurred, plus interest of 1 ½% per month on the open balance
Representations & Warranties: Diamond Imprints, Inc. makes no warranties as to the performance or marketability of any items for sale, other than such products will be free of defects. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Diamond Imprints, Inc. from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorney fees, arising out of or related in any way to Customer’s use of the products or services provide, including loss due to delay of orders or shipments. Prices and products offered are subject to change without notice. By placing an order, Customer agrees to all terms and conditions.
Spec Samples: We are happy to produce spec samples, there will be a $50(X) charge plus 1st column pricing for the item
Acknowledgments: Order acknowledgments show price, product, quantity, imprinted artwork, ship-to address, ship method and estimated ship date. Please review carefully and contact us immediately via phone or email to correct any errors. We will consider no reply as acceptance of price, schedule and imprint.
